While most of us know that we need to eat more vegetables, fruits, millets and superfood. Most of us, however, find it hard to achieve this goal of eating healthy food. We don't have time and energy to get into nutrition. This course will teach you how to make nutition rich recipes that less than 20 minutes to make. These 10 recipes are surprisingly delicious and contain vegetables, superfoods, and more to make sure that you are able to eat nutritious food all week long!

She is also the founder of a boutique marketing consulting agency. Yoga & Meditation have always been her strength since the time she was a student.
